  • We will not sell missed-connection protection without a funded reserve, a written underwriting policy, and a live flight-status data feed to validate claims

    Protection is the margin engine, but it is insurance, an unfunded, unpriced, unverifiable guarantee is a fraud on the traveler.

  • We will not declare unit-economics viability on quoted margins or predicted claim rates, only on settled bookings and measured ProtectionClaim outcomes

    A quote is leading signal. The business is real only when protection_loss_ratio is measured below threshold over a real cohort.
