Deploy the MES control plane to staging; wire the deterministic safety-gate against the Gazebo twin; pass a full end-to-end DRY-RUN actuation cycle (safety-gate -> blocked-or-applied) with zero unsafe-actuation attempts and zero envelope violations. No physical hardware.

Principios

  1. Artículo 1

    The safety-gate is deterministic and non-negotiable. Every actuation passes it before it reaches hardware; no LLM sits in the safety path.

Límites permanentes

  • We will not let any agent actuate physical equipment outside its verified SafetyEnvelope

    The deterministic safety-gate is what openfactory IS; bound by metrics.safety_envelope_violations (== 0, gate: true) and unsafe_actuation_attempts (== 0, gate: true).

  • We will not implement tier-3 autonomous-operations agents as general LLMs, they must be small specialized edge models

    AI-100. Edge autonomy must be deterministic and verifiable. Aligns with robotanica's no-tier-3-LLM stance.

  • We will not resume autonomous operation after a safety trip without a human handoff

    A latched safety fault is reviewed by a human before equipment moves. The breaker is meaningless if the agent can reset it.
