Actborne

One flat number. You keep everything.

A monthly subscription per company, and a partnership track you can apply for. Either way, you own the equity, the code written for your company, your company file and your data. The platform remains Recuriant’s.

Subscription

$499

  • Agents across all six functions
  • The delegation ladder and approval gates
  • The independent audit channel
  • Your company-as-code repository

Questions

Do you take equity or a share of sales?
The subscription is a flat monthly fee and leaves your cap table alone. Partnership is the one alternative, and it is an explicit relationship you apply for.
What counts as one company?
One subscription runs one company's full agent system on Recuriant. Several ventures means one subscription per venture.
Can it run in our own cluster?
It runs on Recuriant, which is proprietary today. A deployment in your own cluster is arranged on Recuriant’s Enterprise plan.
Is Business Engineering required?
It is optional. It exists for companies that already operate, where the procedures live in people’s heads and need writing down before agents can hold them.
Is the $499 figure final?
Yes. It is the confirmed launch price. If it ever changes, waitlist members hear first.
